Harry Quick has been a practicing attorney since 1982. He spent 14 years as an assistant district attorney in Worcester County, most recently as chief of that office’s Appellate Division. He spent an additional seven years as an attorney in a private law practice and he has engaged in all aspects of criminal, civil and domestic litigation. Mr. Quick’s primary area of expertise has been in appellate practice and litigation and he has made more than 200 appearances before the appellate courts of Massachusetts.
Admitted to practice in both state and federal courts, Mr. Quick is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He has been a member of numerous committees and sections for the Worcester County Bar Association and has chaired the association’s Bench Bar Committee and its Criminal Law Section. He currently serves as chairperson of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Appellate Bench Bar Committee.
Mr. Quick has been a regular lecturer, speaker and panelist on the law, having made presentations to the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Worcester County Bar Association, the Massachusetts District Attorney’s Association, the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council and the Worcester County Bar Advocates. He is also the author of chapters in the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., practice series entitled "Trying Drug Cases in Massachusetts" and "Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Offenses" and has frequently appeared as a faculty member at at continuing legal education seminars.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Mr. Quick received his law degree from New England School of Law.
